Here is the macaroni and cheese recipe I use... I usually start it around 3 PM so it will be ready around 6 pm or earlier... don't want to cook much past 3 hours, I usually put it on warm when ready...
The whole world loves mac-n-cheese. Did you see some of the ones they had on one of the morning shows? Emeril and the whole world making it. But it's got to have cheddar and hard, dark, chorizo in it.
